Memorial Day 2009. Back to Yosemite

Hello Friends. Our annual Yosemite adventure is back. With one month to go, I wanted to get everyone's juices flowing. Memorial Day weekend is May 23th - 25th. We'll establish a base camp on Friday night (May 22nd) near the road. People can flow in as their schedules allow. We have a nice nature walk on Saturday for about 6 or 7 miles and then set up a camp for the rest of the day. Bring a book. Bring a frisbee. Bring cards. Bring white wine, we can chill it in the stream. On Sunday we will walk another 8 miles or so and then set up a new camp and do it all over again. On Monday morning, we will walk another, 4 or 5 miles and get to the cars early so we can all be home by 6 or 7 on Monday night for some recovery time.
